Presented is a former White House Chief of Staff Andrew Card signed and inscribed photograph of the aide to President George W. Bush advising him that the second terrorist plane has attached the World Trade Center in New York City on September 11, 2001. Card has inscribed “On 9-11-2001: “A second plane hit the second Tower. America is under attack!” and signed his name in silver marker on the 8 x 10-inch color photograph, which depicts Card whispering in the president’s ear. On that day, as captured in this photo and on video, Card approached Bush as he was visiting Emma E. Booker Elementary School in Sarasota, Florida, and whispered in his ear the news that a second plane had hit the World Trade Center, confirming that a terrorist attack was underway. Card has also inscribed the reverse of the photo in silver marker “signed 2-27-2013 AHC,J.” This item comes with a LOA from Beckett Authentication.
