Offered here is an official stock certificate from the Lincoln Motor Company that was canceled on January 10, 1920. “INCORPORATED UNDER THE LAWS OF THE STATE OF MICHIGAN” is in small print on the top and “Lincoln Motor Company” is in large print on the top middle with a large eagle image above. “CAPITAL STOCK $1,500,000” is printed below and “Shares $100 Each” is on the bottom. This certificate has a Lincoln Motor Company seal on the bottom left. The reverse side has orange print with “Lincoln Motor Co of Mich” handwritten vertically on pre-typed legal print.
