Jorge Posada was an All-Star in 2002 and 2003, picking up the American League Silver Slugger Award for catchers in both seasons. 2003 was arguably Posada’s best season as a pro, as he hit 30 home runs and 101 RBI that season, finishing third in the AL MVP race. Offered here is a Louisville Slugger M356 model bat used by Posada that has been dated to those 2002 and 2003 seasons. This bat displays outstanding game use and has a crack on the handle. There are ball marks and cleat imprints present on the barrel. There is a coating of pine tar on the upper handle/lower barrel and the handle has been taped in a thin overlapping pattern to enhance the grip. Posada has signed his gamer in bold silver marker on the barrel. This bat comes with a LOA from PSA/DNA (1B24200) for the game use and a LOA from JSA (BB71869) for the signature.
