One of the greatest NBA players ever, Larry Bird was a deadeye marksman, tenacious rebounder, and artistic passer. A three-time NBA MVP, Bird overcame a bad back to resuscitate the nascent Celtic dynasty. Perhaps best known for his rivalry with fellow All-World player Magic Johnson, Bird was one of the most popular NBA players during his 13-season career. The only player to win NBA MVP, Coach of the Year, and Executive of the Year, Bird was inducted into the Naismith Memorial Basketball Hall of Fame in 1998. Offered here is a full-color 16 x 20-inch photograph showing Larry Bird blocking a dunk attempt by fellow Hall of Famer Julius Erving with Danny Ainge in the foreground in a game at the old Boston Garden. Bird has signed his name in bold silver marker on the upper left side of this image and this poster is a limited-edition 12/33 as marked in silver in the lower right corner. This comes with a STICKER ONLY from Upper Deck Authenticated (BAM25669).
