The 3 x 5-inch white paper pass is printed in red, blue, purple, silver and black, and has a white string attached at the top center. The printed caption on the front reads “Media 2015/2016 NBA Champions 1972 1980 1982 1985 1987 1988 2000 2001 2002 2009 2010 1949 1950 1952 1953 1954” and includes the Los Angeles Lakers logo. The pass was issued to Chantre Camack of ESPN (talent office). This item has been authenticated and encapsulated by PSA (45250886) and is graded EX-MT 6.
