For 20 years Alex Trammell nailed down the shortstop position for Detroit, carving out a career that culminated with a plaque hanging in Cooperstown. During the 1980s Trammell was the best-hitting shortstop in the game, and during the 1986 season he hit 21 home runs, drove in 75 and maintained a soled .277 average. This offered Worth WC127 model bat was used by Trammell during the 1986 season. This bat displays excellent game use and has a crack on the handle. There are ball marks, blue and black ink transfers present on the barrel. Trammell’s number “3” is handwritten in black marker on the knob, and the bat’s model number “WC127” is stamped on the knob. Trammell has signed his name in blue marker on the barrel. This bat comes with a LOA from PSA/DNA (1B19711) for the game use and a LOA from JSA for the signature.
