Recently elected Hall of Famer Harold Baines closed out his career where it began, with the Chicago White Sox. The first nine-plus seasons of his career were spent with the White Sox, before stops in Texas, Oakland, Baltimore and Cleveland. Baines used this Louisville Slugger C271 model bat during the 2000 season in Chicago, where he appeared in 24 games. This offered bat displays outstanding game use and is un-cracked. There are ball marks, white leather scuffs and blue ink transfers present on the barrel. The lower handle has been taped to enhance the grip and Baines has signed his name in gold marker on the barrel and inscribed “#3 Game Used”. This bat comes with a LOA from PSA/DNA (1B16375) for the game use and has been given the highest possible grade of GU 10, plus a LOA from Beckett Authentication for the signature.
