Offered here is an 8 x 10 black and white photograph of the current President-Elect Joe Biden that has been signed by the future 46th President of the United States. The picture shows a much younger Biden taken in 1987 based on the inscription. Biden signed his name in the lower left corner inscribing “USS 1987” below his name and “To Ray Payne With best wishes”. This comes with a LOA from Beckett Authentication.
