Offered here is an 8 x 10 black and white photograph of the current President-Elect Joe Biden that has been signed by the future 46th President of the United States. The picture shows a much younger Biden taken in 1985 based on the inscription. Biden signed his name in the lower left corner inscribing “USS ‘85” below his name and “To: Ray H. Payne With best Wishes”. A yellow tag is on the lower right corner that reads “SEN. BIDEN – Deleware (handwritten) UNITED STATES SENATE Dem. (handwritten) WASHINGTON, D.C. 20510”. This comes with a LOA from Beckett Authentication.
