Offered is a lot of seven Hall of Fame Philadelphia Warriors Tom Gola lifetime achievement awards from his personal collection. The first item in this lot is an 8 x 13-inch white paper certificate from the Senate of Pennsylvania with a proclamation commending Gola as the City Controller of Philadelphia dated November 14, 1973. The certificate is mounted in a white linen matte and displayed in a 14½ x 19½-inch black with gold accent wood with glass frame. The second item in this lot is a 7-inch black & white collage photograph of the “Philadelphia Warriors National Basketball Association and World Champions 1955-56” mounted in a light blue matte and displayed in a 12 x 12-inch black wood with glass frame. The third item in this lot is a Tom Gola signature in black marker at the center of a four-photo collage award from the 1995 Grand Champions Celebrity Classic held at Blue Bell Country Club in Blue Bell, Pennsylvania. The 12 x 15-inch wood plaque features four 4 x 6-inch color photographs of foursomes in the tournament, each signed by the “pro” in the foursome in black marker on the plastic frame.

The fourth item in this lot is a March 10, 1966 proclamation from the City of Philadelphia and Mayor James J. Tate recognizing that March 17, 1966 is “Tom Gola Night” at the Philadelphia 76ers vs. New York Knicks NBA game at Philadelphia’s Convention Hall. The 8½ x 12-inch document is displayed in a 11 x 13½-inch blue plastic with glass frame. The fifth item in this lot is a 12-inch engraved brass plate with the inscription “5th Annual Basketball Hall of Fame Celebrity Golf Tournament Low Net Celebrity Won by Tom Gola at Twin Hills Country Club Longmeadow, Massachusetts May 14, 1990”. The sixth item in this lot is an award presented to Tom Gola by the American Cancer Society. The 12 x 15-inch gray and black wood plaque features an 8 x 10-inch black & white photo of Gola in a La Salle University uniform mounted in an 8½ x 11-inch gold plaque with clear plastic over the photo, over a 1½ x 4½-inch gold metal plaque engraved with the caption “Tom Gola the American Cancer Society Thanks You”. The seventh item in this lot is a framed poster printed with the roster of the “All-American Selections of 1952” along with photos of the first through fourth teams. The 12 x 18-inch two-color poster is mounted in a gray matte and displayed in a 17 x 23-inch brown with black and gold accents plastic and clear plastic frame. This lot comes with a LOA from the Gola family.
