Its cardfront presentation also incorporates a pair of "Boston Celtics Green," game worn jersey patch relics. The card's BGS condition report: Centering: 9, Corners: 7, Edges: 8.5, Surface: 9. A statement on the card's back attests to the authenticity of the signature and the genuineness of the patch components, and serves as Upper Deck’s COA.
