U.S. Navy Seal Robert O’Neill has signed this Usama Bin Laden FBI Top Ten Most Wanted Fugitive poster. O’Neill was a member of Operation Neptune Spear, and claims to be the Seal who fired the shots that killed Osama Bin Laden in his compound on the outskirts of Abbottabad, Pakistan. O’Neill served in the armed forces from 1996 through 2012, earning a Silver Star for valorous service to the United States. O’Neill has signed this poster in blue marker, inscribing “Never Quit!” in addition to his signature. The poster comes with a COA from JSA (WPP971472).
