Hall of Famer Bobby Jones spent the first four seasons of his career with the Denver Nuggets and was an all-star in three of the four seasons with the last two all-star selections coming after the ABA and NBA merged. In his final season with the Nuggets in 1977-78, Jones averaged 14.5 points per game and led the NBA in field goal percentage at .578 as he helped lead the Nuggets to a 48-34 record and the Midwest Division title.

Offered here is the blue road jersey worn by Jones during the 1977-78 season. This knit-mesh jersey has “DENVER” and “24” sewn on the front in white and yellow tackle twill. The sides have white stripes and the open sleeves and V-neck collar are white. There is tagging on the bottom front left tail with one tag not legible due to fading and a white tag with “4”. The back of this jersey has “24” sewn on in white and yellow tackle twill with a faded blue nameplate sewn on above that has “JONES” in white tackle twill. This jersey displays heavy game use and Jones has signed his name in black marker on the bottom rung of the “2” on the back. This jersey comes with a LOA MEARS (317687) for the game use and has been given a very high grade of A9, plus a LOA from Beckett Authentication (A32743) for the signature.
