The document offered in this lot appoints a man from St. Paul, Minnesota, to the office of Vice Consul of Denmark for the State of Minnesota. This document, matted to the dimensions of 17 x 19 inches, features the remnants of the Seal of the United States of America. It has been signed by Buchanan and Lewis Cass in black pen. The document is dated to June 6th, 1860. The document is in good condition, and it comes with a LOA from Beckett Authentication Services.
