Offered in this lot is a Presidential appointment signed by Dwight D. Eisenhower. The appointment places one Edwin M. Stanley as the attorney of the “Middle District of North Carolina”. It was signed on April 7th, 1954 by Eisenhower as well as Herbert Brownell, the attorney general of the United States. Both men have signed this well-conditioned document in black pen. A gold Department of Justice seal is applied to the presidential appointment. This comes with a LOA from Beckett Authentication Services.
