Offered is a lot of personal effects from longtime Utah Jazz head coach Jerry Sloan. This lot includes a group of loose documents, credit cards and luggage tags, including two vintage 1960’s savings bank account passbooks, two white plastic Jerry Sloan Chicago Bulls United Airlines luggage tags, two white plastic Delta Frequent Flyer luggage tags, a white plastic Delta Crown Room luggage tag, two vintage Sears credit cards, one vintage Master Charge credit card, a 1998 Visa card, two Carson Pirie Scott credit cards, a Marshall Field credit card, two local store credit cards, and a Delta Frequent Flyer card. Also included in this lot is the corporate seal embosser for the Jerry Sloan Basketball Camps, Inc. in the original manufacturer’s box. This lot includes a number of pay stubs from the Chicago Bulls, the A.G. Spalding & Bros. company, and WGN Continental Broadcasting Co., as well as a number of real estate, construction, and other contracts and agreements, as well as personal note postmarked January 16, 1978 to Sloan from the wife of a colleague then recently deceased. There are also Chicago Bulls correspondence and promotional materials, automobile purchase or lease contracts, equipment and shoe deal contracts and correspondence, as well as correspondence related to the NBA Players Association pension and other NBA documentation. This lot also includes contracts with the Utah Jazz for Sloan as head coach. Included is in this lot are the original blueprints and construction plans for Sloan’s house in Northbrook, Illinois while he was playing for the Chicago Bulls. This lot comes with a LOA from the Sloan family.
