Only 24 pitchers in Major League Baseball history have found their way into the extraordinary 300-win club. With the state of the game today, particularly the use of relievers, it could be a while before another hurler joins this elite fraternity. On the back of this remarkable white, button-down Nolan Ryan Texas Rangers jersey you will find the signatures of eight of the 24 members of the 300-win club with the date they reached the mark and “300” inscribed along with each autograph in bold, blue Sharpie. Ryan, a 324-game winner and the most recent to join the club of the group represented on this jersey, sees his signature featured on the right shoulder of the item. Joining Ryan in signing the jersey are Warren Spahn (363 wins), Steve Carlton (329), Don Sutton (324), Phil Niekro (318), Gaylord Perry (314), Tom Seaver (311) and Early Wynn (300). The jersey features “Rangers” across the front with Ryan’s number “34” on both sides, all in blue-on-red tackle twill. “RYAN” appears across the back of the jersey in blue tackle twill. The front tail of the jersey features a “Rawlings” manufacturer’s tag with size “44” and a white strip tag below with blue stitched writing that reads “34 1 1989,” indicating Ryan’s number, the jersey’s set and year.
