The 1925 Notre Dame squad finished 7-2-1, losing to Army and Nebraska, and forging a 0-0 tie with Penn State. This 8 x 13.5 inch formal team photo features the Notre Dame squad in their best uniforms, with Knute Rockne dressed in his Sunday best at the far left of the middle row. This photo is affixed to a sturdy cardboard backing, which could be modified to fit any frame or display requirement. The photo has some light scratches and the backing is missing the lower right corner. This photo is part of the collection of former player Ray Morelli, who played for Rockne in the 1925 and 1926 seasons, and whose original letterman football sweater is elsewhere in this catalog.
