Game used bat signed by Derek Jeter during his sensational 2001 season which saw the Yankees make it to their fourth consecutive World Series. The Yankee captain's black Louisville Slugger P72 shows outstanding game use with a nice amount of ball marks and white leather scuffs evident on the barrel. The bat is uncracked but shows some nicks in the finish along the handle and a part of the grain is slightly protruding on the barrel but does nothing to mar the black gloss finish. Jeter took some good cuts with this P72 on his way to .311 with 21 home runs. The bat has been signed by Jeter in silver ink on the barrel between the Louisville Slugger brand and his facsimile signature. PSA/DNA sticker number U05351 is affixed to the barrel end and sticker number 1B07240 is affixed to the knob end. Graded GU 9 by PSA/DNA.
