The Babe did everything boldly, was well-known everywhere he went, and it was a rare occurrence he would "blend in with the crowd." Ruth was at a book signing for a collection of "Short Stories" by "Ursula Rose Moloney," as Mrs. Claire Ruth was friends with the author. It was at this signing where people noticed Ruth in attendance and had him sign Ms. Moloney's book. Ruth signed the front page with a bold, black fountain pen "Babe Ruth" signature. We had the signature page carefully cut out of the book, then graded and encapsulated by PSA/DNA, returning a MINT 9 grade. This is one of the nicest, boldest "slabbed" Ruth cut's you will encounter. In addition, the winning bidder also receives the original book, which was also signed by the author on the title page. PSA/DNA graded MINT 9.
