To say 1999 was Chipper Jones' year would be an understatement. On his way to winning the National League's MVP Award, the Atlanta Braves star became the first player in history to bat over .300 while hitting more than 40 home runs, 40 doubles, 100 RBI, 100 Runs, draw more than 100 walks and swipe 20 or more bases. His record-setting performance almost single-handedly defeated the Braves' archrivals, the New York Mets in one of the most bitterly contested pennant races of the decade.

This Louisville Slugger T141 was issued to Jones during for the 1999 NLCS. The bat has been made game ready, is un-cracked and has “1999-L.C.S.” stamped on the barrel. Jones’ number “10” has been handwritten on both ends and the Hall of Famer has signed the barrel in contrasting silver pen. This is a great bat from the sweet spot of Chipper’s career and comes with a LOA from PSA/DNA (1B15528) and a COA from Beckett Authentication (D51260) for his signature.
