Presented here is an 11 x 14-inch lobby scene card from the 1994 short subject “Busy Buddies” featuring The Three Stooges, Larry Fine, Moe Howard, and Curly Howard. The short, directed by Del Lord, features the Stooges running a café while accumulating massive amounts of debt. The Stooges take a job posting flyers for one cent a flyer when they come across a cow milking contest with the prize being $100.After Curly’s unsuccessful attempts to milk a cow cause him to be booted over a fence, Moe and Larry dress like a cow with milk jugs inside. After Curly yanks the fake udder too hard and milk comes gushing out, the trio is exposed and booed off of the state. The presented lobby scene card is labeled “THE 3 STOOGES CURLY LARRY MOE in BUSY BUDDIES” with “A COLUMBIA SHORT SUBJECT PRESENTATION” labeled in white on a blue background that features The Stooges on top making hilarious faces is locate on the bottom left corner. The lobby scene card features Larry and Moe in cow costumes, with Curly holding Moe’s cow tail while standing in front of a laughing crowd in front of milk jugs. The scene card features some elements of cornering and toning. The lobby scene card from the hilarious Three Stooges short subject “Busy Buddies” was the 78th short subject released by Columbia Pictures to feature the Three Stooges' slapstick comedy. This card is good condition with some surface, corner and edge wear.
