The incandescent superstar Cristiano Ronaldo made his debut for Portugal’s Sporting CP in 2002-03, scoring a brace against Moreirense in his professional debut. A goalscorer of incomparable quality, the ageless marvel has scored 102 goals for Portugal, the second-highest international total in the history of men’s football. Offered in this lot are six unopened packs of Panini “Mega Craques” cards from 2002-03, manufactured in Italy and distributed in Portugal, as well as a bonus pack from the 2004-05 season! Ronaldo stands out on the front of the packs next to Porto and Barcelona icon Deco, as well as a diving goalkeeper and an additional pair of outfield players. Rare Ronaldo rookie cards possibly reside in the 2002-03 packs, while additional greats in the 2002-03 set include Deco, Ricardo Rocha, Ricardo Quaresma, and more. Several Portuguese footballers playing elsewhere in Europe, such as Luis Figo and Abel Xavier, are also included in this “Mega Craques” set. Each pack contains six trading cards and is unopened.
