“I think he’s God disguised as Michael Jordan” said Hall of Fame Boston Celtic Larry Bird after playing against Michael Jordan in a 1986 Eastern Conference first round game where Jordan scored 63 points. It is hard to argue with Bird when you review Jordan’s career. The 1985 Rookie of the Year collected 10 scoring titles, 14 All-Star selections, six NBA titles, six Finals MVP nods, five NBA MVP honors, led the league in steals three times, and was named the 1988 Defensive Player of the Year during a career that spanned 15 years. His virtuosic performances during the most clutch situations and his mastery of the intangibles of basketball are proof that Jordan’s otherworldly talents were beyond comparison to mere mortals, with Jordan achieving god-like status on the court. Jordan earned entry into the Naismith Basketball Hall of Fame in 2009. Presented here is a 5 x 7 portrait signed by “His Airness” Michael Jordan. The black and white photo is of a young Jordan in the prime of his career. Jordan signed and inscribed “Best Wishes” across his image with a blue marker. The signed portrait comes encapsulated and authenticated by PSA/DNA (84282851) with a corresponding LOA and is rated Authentic Auto.
