Detroit Tigers slugger Miguel Cabrera followed up his Triple Crown and MVP-winning season in 2012 with an equally historic 2013 season. The Venezuelan legend crushed 44 homers with 137 RBI and won his third-consecutive American League batting title with a .348 average.
