Before his 2012 breakout National League Rookie of the Year season that saw Bryce Harper become the youngest position player ever selected to an All-Star team, Harper played for the Hagerstown Suns in 2011, a Single-A farm team of the Washington Nationals. Harper scored 49 runs, recorded 82 hits, smacked 14 home runs, and knocked in 46 RBI before being promoted to the Double-A Harrisburg Senators.

Presented here is a six-button white Hagerstown Suns home jersey issued to Bryce Harper during his stint with the Singe A team in 2011. The jersey features black piping around the placket front, sleeves, and collar of the jersey. “SUNS” appears across the chest of the jersey in black-on-orange tackle twill. The number “34” appears on the chest and back of the jersey in orange-on-black tackle twill. An embroidered American flag is affixed to the left sleeve above an embroidered Wilson “W” in black. A Wilson MLB Genuine Merchandise manufacturing tag with a “100% POLY MADE IN USA 48” flag is attached to the jersey’s inside collar. “HARPER” is screen-printed across the back in black and orange. The game-issued jersey is bright white, and the nameplate features some fraying of the fabric. The game-issued Hagerstown Suns jersey comes with an LOA from the Hagerstown Suns.
