Presented here is a lot of 3 jerseys signed by Naismith Memorial Basketball Hall of Fame members James Worthy, Elgin Baylor, and Earl Monroe. The first presented item in this lot is a Los Angeles Lakers jersey signed by small forward James Worthy. Nicknamed “Big Game James” was a member of the 1980s Los Angeles Lakers teams that were perennial contenders for the NBA title during the 1980s. Worthy won three NBA titles with the Lakers and was named Finals MVP in 1988. This jersey is a purple mesh with white and gold stripes on the lateral sides and collar of the jersey features “LAKERS” across the chest in gold-on-white tackle twill. The number “42” appears on the chest and back of the jersey in white-on-gold tackle twill. A Los Angeles Lakers Nike Team NBA Authentics size “48” manufacturing tag appears on the jersey’s left front tail. A red, white, and blue embroidered NBA logo is located on the jersey’s left sleeve. “WORTHY” appears across the chest in gold-on-white tackle twill. Worthy signed and inscribed the number “#42” on the number “2” on the back of the jersey in black marker. The signature is bold and features no bleeding and the jersey is in pristine condition. The signed Lakers jersey comes with a COA from Steiner Sports.

The second item in this presented lot is a New York Knicks jersey signed by Earl Monroe. Monroe, nicknamed “Earl The Pearl” for his flashy on-court style of play, was the 1968 NBA Rookie of the Year won his lone NBA title in 1973 with the Knicks. Monroe was selected to four All-Star Games and was named to the NBA’s 50th Anniversary All-Time Team and earned entry into the Naismith Memorial Basketball Hall of Fame in 1990. The presented item is a blue mesh jersey with orange and white trim on the sleeves and collar features “NEW YORK” across the chest in orange-on-white tackle twill. The number “15” appears across the chest and back of the jersey in orange-on-white tackle twill. A white swatch labeled “1972-1973” in black is in honor of Monroe’s 1973 NBA title and appears on the jersey’s left front tail. A Mitchell & Ness Nostalgia CO. manufacturing tag with a size “52” flag appears on the jersey’s left front tail. A NBA Hardwood Classics manufacturing tag with a NBA Official Licensed Product and NBA retail tags attached is located on the jersey’s inside collar. “MONROE” appears across the chest in white tackle twill. Monroe signed and inscribed “The Pearl” with a black marker inside the number “5” on the back of the jersey. The jersey is in pristine condition and the signature and inscription are bold. The signed New York Knicks jersey comes with a COA from Steiner Sports.

The third item is a Los Angeles Lakers jersey signed by Hall of Famer Elgin Baylor. Baylor was a skillful shooter and fierce rebounder who appeared in eight NBA Finals while playing for the Minneapolis/Los Angeles Lakers. The 1959 NBA Rookie of the Year was a 10-time selection to the All-NBA First Team and earned 11 selections to the All-Star Game, earning All-Star MVP honors in 1959. The presented item is a gold Los Angeles Lakers jersey with purple, white, and gold stripes on the sleeves and collar. “LAKERS” appears across the chest of the jersey in purple-on-white tackle twill. The number “22” appears on the chest and back of the jersey in white-on-purple tackle twill. A white swatch labeled “1971-72” in black appears on the jersey’s left front tail. A Mitchell & Ness Nostalgia Co. manufacturing tag with a size “52” flag appears on the jersey’s left front tail. An NBA Hardwood Classic tag is located on the inside collar of the jersey. Baylor signed the number “22” on the back of the jersey with a black marker. The signature is bold and the jersey features a light stain above the number “2” on the back of the jersey and above “BAYLOR”. The signed Lakers jersey comes with a COA from Steiner Sports.
