The sneaker that launched a million sneaker collections, presented here is a pair of Air Jordan Retro 1 sneakers signed by the six-time NBA champion Michael Jordan. The original Air Jordan sneaker was designed by Peter Moore, Tinker Hatfield, and Bruce Kilgore for Nike in 1984 and was released to great acclaim to the public in 1985. The retro sneakers feature a red and black colorway with the iconic Nike “Swoosh” in red on the instep and outstep of each sneaker. A black tag labeled “30310 OF 38345” with the “JUMPMAN” logo in red appears affixed to the rear of the tongue on each sneaker. The sneakers feature a white mudguard and red soles and feature a red mesh toe box. “NIKE AIR” and the Nike “Swoosh” appear on the black tongue of each sneaker in red. The original and now iconic “Air Jordan” wings logo appears in black on the upper outside high top of each sneaker. Jordan signed the lateral side of the heel on the right sneaker with a black marker. The signature is bold and features no bleeding. The sneakers are in pristine condition and come with a 15 x 9 ½ - inch box that features a hologram of Jordan on the top in silver. The signed Air Jordan Retro 1 sneakers come with a COA from Upper Deck Authenticated (UAS 02689).
