One of the tallest players in the National Basketball Association at 7’3”, Kristaps Porzingis was drafted fourth overall by the New York Knicks in the 2015 NBA Draft and immediately made his large presence known in the NBA. Porzingis averaged 14.3 points, 7.3 rebounds, 1.3 assists, and 1.9 blocks and was named to the NBA All-Rookie First Team and was runner-up to the NBA Rookie of the Year.

Presented here is a New York Knicks uniform worn by Porzingis during the Knicks 128-97 victory over the Phoenix Suns at the PHX Arena in Phoenix, Arizona on March 9, 2016. The Knicks drained 16 three-pointers and Carmelo Anthony led the Knicks in scoring during the Knicks victory that saw Porzingis pull down five rebounds and score 13 points. The white mesh pullover jersey features silver, orange, and blue trim on the sleeves and collar. “NEW YORK” is displayed across the chest in orange-on-blue-on-silver tackle twill. The number “6” appears across the chest and back of the jersey in orange-on-blue-on-white tackle twill.  A “NBA Authentics EVERY PLAYER. EVERY GAME” tag labeled “NKN04974” appears on the jersey’s left front tail. A “Climacool” Adidas “NBA AUTHENTICS” size “2XL” manufacturing with a “LENGTH+2” flag is attached to the jersey’s left front tail. The manufacturing tag is labeled “3-9-16 at Suns” in black marker. A “ONCE A KNICK, ALWAYS A KNICK” tag in white and orange appears upside down on the trim of the jersey’s left front tail. A gold “Larry O’Brien Trophy” patch in gold with a number “2” denoting the number of Knicks championships appears on the back collar of the jersey. An embroidered “NBA LOGOMAN” in red, white, and blue is affixed to the back of the jersey. “PORZINGIS” appears across the chest in blue tackle twill. Porzingis signed and inscribed “#6 GAME USED ROOKIE SEASON” on the number “6” on the back of the jersey with a black marker. The signature is bold and the inscription features some bleeding. The jersey displays moderate game use and comes with a STICKER ONLY from Steiner Sports (232386).

The accompanying rookie shorts feature orange, blue, and silver trim on the legs of the shorts and a blue waistband. An embroidered “NBA LOGOMAN” in red, white, and blue appears on the upper right thigh of the shorts. The New York Knicks logo appears in orange, blue, and silver on the left leg of the shorts. The “Climacool” Adidias “NBA AUTHENTICS” size “4XL” with a “LENGTH+2” flag appears on the inside waistband of the shorts and features “15/16” inscribed by an unknown hand on the Adidas manufacturing tag. A “4XL2” flag is attached to the inside waistband. Porzingis signed and inscribed the number “#6” on the left thigh of the shorts with a black marker. The signature is bold, and the shorts display moderate signs of game use with black stains occurring on the front of the shorts.
