Among nearly 500 copies recorded in PSA’s census reporting (reflecting all varieties), fewer than twenty percent have been placed at a higher, unqualified tier. A barely circulated piece, the card reveals top-right image alignment and traces of adjacent-card inking. Excellent condition.
