Encapsulated and graded MINT 9 by BGS, with signature graded "8" by Beckett. Carlos Boozer has scripted a superb, blue ink signature on the obverse of this ultra-premium collectible; the cardfront also showcases a dark blue jersey swatch relic, an item that is creatively displayed in die-cut windows cut to the shape of Boozer's uniform number, "5." The card's BGS condition report: Centering: 9.5, Corners: 9, Edges: 9, Surface: 9. A congratulatory statement on the card's back attests to the authenticity of the signature and serves as Upper Deck’s COA. The limited-edition piece is serial-numbered "5/5." (This is a special and unique item, essentially a "1 of 1," through the fact that this is the only possible entry from its series to bear a serial number matching the superstar's jersey number, "5.")
