Offered is an expansive collection of soccer cards dating to primarily the early era of Diego Maradona’s globe-trotting soccer career. A massive star in his native Argentina, Maradona’s travels took him to FC Barcelona, Napoli, and Sevilla after time in Argentina with Argentinos Juniors and Boca Juniors. Several cards in this lot portray Maradona playing for Argentina, including examples from the 1982 FIFA World Cup in Spain, and the 1990 FIFA World Cup in Italy. Other cards show Maradona in the famous blue and yellow of Boca Juniors. This lot is a terrific commemoration of Maradona’s legendary career!
