Encapsulated with Autograph assessed "Authentic" by BGS. Hall of Famer, in his Rookie Card appearance. Pete Maravich has placed his, neat blue ink penmanship on this lightly circulated card's bright green, glossy surface (an oversized display area that allows fitting depiction of the piece's 6-foot-5, superstar subject). The star has written, "To Rich / "Pistol Pete" / John 14:6 / Rom. 10: 9, 10." Although injuries robbed Maravich of a long path of achievement, he packed 15,948 points into his decade-long career before retiring in 1980 at the age of just 32. Maravich was inducted into the Naismith Memorial Hall of Fame in 1987, less than a year before his tragic death at the age of 40.
