This 7-3/8” x 3-3/8” piece of a four-page typewritten letter has been boldly signed in blue felt tip marker “George Bush” by the 41st President of the United States, but signed when he was Vice President under then President Ronald Reagan. The top left indicates this portion was part of “Page four” and requests a donation to the Republican National Committee prior to the upcoming “1982 elections”. This was President Ronald Reagan and VP George Bush’s first mid-term election since being elected in 1980. Full LOA from PSA/DNA.
