This un-cracked 34.5 inch, 31.7 ounce MDW model bat was used by Bernie Williams during the 2003 season, as referenced by the labeling period, factory ordering records and player use characteristics. The bat exhibits tremendous game use with apparently dozens of ball marks, all fixated up and around the sweet spot on the barrel. There are also a few spike marks and a light coating of pine tar up near the label. Stamped on the knob is the model number (MDW 20), the order number (196) and the year (03). On the sweet spot is a bold, silver Sharpie “Bernie Williams SDG” signature. This was Williams last World Series season with the Yankees.
