Herbert has signed the front of this transparent Panini Contenders Rookie Ticket collectible in vivid blue ink, adding his number “10” as an inscription. A statement on the card’s back by Panini attests to the authenticity of the signature, and serves as the item’s COA. The limited-edition piece is serial-numbered “07/10.” A historic rookie-season collectible, in fabulous Mint condition.
