Accordingly, the Dodger legend's rookie cards are viewed as important cornerstones in any accomplished card collection. One of Robinson's first commemoratives is among the keys in the popular baseball series produced by Leaf, a notably scarce post-war issue. The offered example is a quality depiction conceding natural corner wear and slightly leftward image alignment. The issue's tendency to accept light surface toning is barely evident in this card. An important and prized collectible, in Very Good to Excellent condition.
