Presented is a 2019-20 Panini Instant Black #72 Ja Morant Rookie Card (#1/1) features the Memphis Grizzlies point guard in his powder-blue Grizzlies road uniform with the basketball in both hands, both feet off the ground, under the basket, with the caption "Morant Shows Out for Murray State Fans" and "1-17-20" reversed out in white type on a gray background. The back of the card features a short bio sketch of Morant in black type on a white background. He played college basketball for the Murray State Racers, where he was a consensus first-team All-American as a sophomore in 2019. He was selected by the Grizzlies with the second overall pick in the 2019 NBA draft and named the NBA Rookie of the Year in 2020.
