Graded VG+ 3.5 by PSA. Hall of Famer. The short-printed Rookie Card of Bill Russell is the key depiction in its issue, as well as one of the most important basketball cards ever produced. The card hails from Topps' 1957 set, a release that's notoriously plagued by myriad production deficiencies. Fortunately, this example retains solid eye appeal in spite of nominal liabilities. The card's corners concede surface abrasion from handling (most evident at the bottom left), but the player's image presents more clearly than is often seen in the issue. Very Good-plus condition.
