Graded GD 2 (MC) by PSA. Hall of Famer. Here, observers in the modern age are able to witness a significant smidgen of the glory delivered by the Detroit Tigers' brand of baseball during the 1910s: Tyrus Cobb to the right, third baseman George Moriarity on the left, vintage action at the center. (This classic, photographic recording, of the seasoned infielder deftly applying a tag, must have affirmed, or even elevated, Moriarity's stature in the public's mind.) The piece exhibits Good condition on the basis of a few wrinkles, back-side smudging and general evidence-of-handling faults. Additionally, perhaps as a consequence of a production line foreman nodding off near the end of his shift, haphazard slitting machine calibration has necessitated qualification, as noted.
