This un-cracked 35 inch, 35.9 ounce Marucci Ryan Howard block letter “Custom Cut II” was used by Howard during the 2009 season. It shows tremendous evidence of game use with numerous stitch impressions and ball marks, with blue ink transfers and white leather scuff marks. Also visible is light pine tar, plus bat rack streaks, spike marks and a weighted sleeve impression. On the knob is stamped the date of manufacture (1/08/09), his number (6), the length (5) and weight (4.2), and his number (6) is written in silver marker on the top barrel. The sweet spot contains a bold, silver Sharpie “Ryan Howard 6” signature. All the above characteristics are represented by the player and factory records indicate this bat was ordered by the player during the referenced labeling period.
