This Upper Deck Exquisite Collection card features the image of NBA superstar LeBron James in a photograph from his St. Vincent–St. Mary High School days in his hometown of Akron, Ohio, with a black & white photograph of James in a "Irish 23" jersey, with a sweat/headband across his forehead. The photo is at the left front of the card, which is dominated at the right with a raised image with the legend "2003 Championship Bling" with a crest from St. Vincent-St. Mary H.S. at the center. James has signed the card in gold marker at the lower left under his image from the 2003 Ohio State Championship game.
