Graded by Beckett Grading Services 9.5 GEM MINT. Presented is a 1998 Fleer Ultra Gold Medallion #201G Peyton Manning Rookie Card. The front of the card features a color photograph of Manning as the University of Tennessee Volunteers quarterback in action in a white Vols uniform, with a black & white background of the crowd at Neyland Stadium in Knoxville. The front of the card is captioned "Rookie Peyton Manning Indianapolis Colts QB". The back of the Fleer Gold Medallion card features another color photograph of Manning in an orange Tennessee uniform with statistical information on his Vols career as well as a short bio sketch. Manning was selected first overall in the 1998 NFL Draft by the Indianapolis Colts. In Manning's rookie season under head coach Jim Mora, he passed for 3,739 yards with 26 touchdowns, set five different NFL rookie records including most touchdown passes in a season, most interceptions (28) in a rookie year, and was named to the NFL All-Rookie First Team.
