From humble beginnings in Akron, Ohio, he ascended to the pinnacle of the basketball and sports worlds in a meteoric rise from St. Vincent-St. Mary High School directly to the professional hardwood as the number one overall pick by the Cleveland Cavaliers in 2003.
Considered in the debate as the greatest basketball player of all time, he backs up those accolades with unprecedented accomplishments. His first season in the league saw him win the NBA Rookie of the Year award. A four-time NBA Champion with three different teams, twice with the Miami Heat, once each with Cleveland and the Los Angeles Lakers, he was named the series Most Valuable Player in each of his NBA Finals victories.
