Graded by PSA MINT 9. This 1981-82 Topps Basketball card features Hall of Fame Boston Celtics star Larry Bird, who is captured in a color photograph on the front of the card in his green Celtics warm-up top on the sidelines looking towards the court. The legend at the lower left reads "Forward Larry Bird Celtics" in black, white, green and yellow. The back of the card is printed in black on a gray and orange background and includes the Celtics legend's career statistics to that point. The Celtics entered the 81-82 season as the defending NBA champions. They finished the season with the best record in the NBA, 63-19, finishing first in the Atlantic Division and in the Eastern Conference. They lost to the Philadelphia 76ers in the East finals, 3 game to 4. PSA MINT 9.
