Harold Baines was one of the best hitters of his era, literally becoming the first “full-time” Designated Hitter. After being the first overall draft pick in 1977, Baines went on the have a stellar career, garnering 2,866 hits, 488 doubles, 384 home runs and 1,628 RBIs. This home, white pullover kit jersey has “SOX” across the front with his name “BAINES” and number “3” stitched on the verso. The lower front tail has the “Medalist Sand-Knit” manufacturers tag and the “Sand-Knit 44” size tag. Inside the back tail is “85 – 44S” painted on a white strip tag, and the Comiskey Park “75th Anniversary” patch adorns the left shoulder. A bold, black Sharpie “Harold Baines #3’ signature appears on the front below the team name. The jersey exhibits moderate game use and comes with an LOA from MEARS, graded A10. Signature has been authenticated by PSA/DNA.
