This eye-catching, approximately 43" x 28" uncut sheet, holding 132 three-segment cards in an 11-card-by-12-card arrangement, features the tiny, first-year card of basketball immortal Larry Bird among their content. The triptych that reveals Bird's rookie appearance occurs three times in the sheet's fourth row from the top. (In all three of these cards, Bird's depiction is flanked by a collectible of fellow Hall of Famer Jack Sikma to the right. College HOFers Scott May – twice – and Marques Johnson occupy the trios' leftward aspects.) Fully printed on both sides (with factory perforations), the sheet presents very favorably. The unprinted selvage material at one edge has suffered a small bump, not affecting card designs. A scarce and attention-grabbing display piece!
