Encapsulated by PSA, with Autograph Certified and Graded GEM MT 10 by PSA/DNA. Hall of Famer. This attractive stub recalls Game 2 of the 1972 World Series, a match-up wherein Oakland faced off against the Reds in Cincinnati for this Game 2 contest. (The A's ultimately required seven games to prevail in the Series.) Reggie Jackson, who suffered injury in the preceding ALCS, did not play in the '72 Series. The superstar slugger did, however, place a magnificent and bold, blue marker signature on the obverse of this attractive souvenir. Jackson was a first-ballot Cooperstown selectee in 1993.
