When Mickey Mantle switched from centerfield to first base, he received a few pointers from New York Yankees spring training instructor Joe DiMaggio. This 8” x 8.75” photo features The Yankee Clipper showing Mantle how to handle the new style glove. Reverse has original newspaper caption portion with date stamps and some handwritten information. Great item with both Yankee centerfield legends discussing another position.
