The 1981 Philadelphia Eagles won the 1981 NFC Championship on one of the coldest days in NFL history. This lot of approximately 156 Eagles felt pennants are exactly the same save for one addition, that is the phrase “NFC EAST CHAMPS” is silver print. There are 70 pennants which plainly say “PHILADLEPHIA EAGLES” with the team’s helmet logo on the left. After the Eagles beat the Dallas Cowboys in the NFC Championship game, the above phrase was added near the tip. There are about 86 of those NFC Champs pennants, for a total lot 156 pennants in this lot. Condition of these unused pennants is generally EX/MT to NM.
